  I had an excellent experience with this business when purchasing my new four wheeler. It was good customer service. The sales person, Willis was very open and honest about any expenses and wasn't just trying to make a dollar. Staff is very knowledgeable and I will definetly be back for all my parts and seevicting.   Person behind the counter was rude, and gave the lowest level of customer service. It's been my experience that some businesses respect woman and some do not & they take advantage of women. I feel very strongly this business was the latter. My two main issues were that I had asked to be called if the cost was getting high because I only lived on a small pension AND I questioned the 3.5 hours of labour on the work that was actually done. This same employee interrupted me saying, he was done arguing with me and here's your bill as he tossed it across the counter. I paid the bill in full as they were obviously not interested in my concerns/questions. They could have even taken a half hour or an hour off the labour costs to come to an agreement and to show good faith. I heard "And don't come back" when I walked toward the door. When I told this to the store Manager, he looked at his employee who straight out lied and the employee said he said no such thing to me. I first took my issues to the Manager in his office. He brought me to the front counter and told me to repeat everything to his employee. Then the Manager argued back as well as his rude employee. I guess the title "Manager", means nothing here. Please do not go here, especially if you are a woman!
