    Can’t say enough about my purchase experience,Gary Eisnor one of the most patient sales persons I have met. My new beetle is awesome ,solid ,smooth ,quiet and very drivable. Service department service advisor Lindsay Keddy polite ,understanding,and knowledgeable. 1000 kilometer check completed and explained. German engineering amazing. Polite knowledgeable technicians, what more can one ask for.

    Dropped my car to get winter tires on, to fix one of my tires and to take the advantage of the 50% deal on Detail diamond package. The job was properly done as always since I have been a faithful customer. The reason I choose Valley Volkswagen is because they drop me to work and pick me up, and both service advisors are always welcoming and informative.

    I've always had a wonderful experience at Valley Volkswagen. Deb in sales was phenomenal in finding me exactly what I needed to fit my budget. Emma and Lindsay in service really know their stuff and the gentleman in parts always goes out of his way looking into even the silliest of requests from me. Wonderful team overall - I'll likely never buy a car from anyone else. Not to mention, I haven't had to fill my own wiper fluid since I got the car and they wash it every time they do anything!

    I was less than impressed with the service department. I dropped my car off because the windshield washer fluid pump was apparently broken. I called a few hours later and they said they’d have to order in a part for the pump, but that my brakes needed fixing and also a plate was missing from the bottom. I said to go ahead and fix it all. She replied great and said they’d call me back in a few minutes with a quote. I never got a call back, so a few hours later I called again and everyone had left early because of a storm and they had locked my car (including my child’s car seat) up in the garage with no explanation, no note and no way to know if it was driveable or not. Couldn’t get my car back until the next day at least, but no way to know for sure with the weather. I asked why no one called and if they had the right phone number and the guy (a manager of some sort) I was speaking to said yes (they didn’t - which they admitted later with a giggle and an oops instead of an apology). He said he had just called me and left a voicemail (at a number other than mine) and I didn’t get that so something was probably wrong with my phone and that’s why I wasn’t getting calls. Still no apology for the inconvenience. I picked up my car 5 days later (when we finally figured out the wrong number issue because the other person finally picked up the phone to say wrong number) and paid them $800. Still no apology for the misunderstanding. They also did a complimentary multi-point inspection (out of the goodness of their hearts I assume) to identify issues with my brakes and a bottom plate (hence the $800), but they must have missed that my antifreeze was low because it’s still almost empty after sitting in their garage for 5 days. Needless to say I will not be returning for service, let alone to purchase another vehicle. I understand that miscommunications can happen in business, but this group was entirely lacking in their response.
