  Recently purchased a recliner at this store and found the whole experience great. The couch was delivered free right to my living room. Have to say my experience at this store was great start to finish !!

  There is nothing wrong with the saleslady I was dealing with. I feel bad for cancelling my order since she was very nice and it wasn't technically her fault.

  I went over to nothing fancy and I got declined but the wonderful woman explained to ne there's a number I could call but she was willing to take my master card I said hang on and called the number and talked to somebody.. guess what I GOT APPROVED and a new refrigerator.

  Amazing staff! Fantastic customer service goes a long way. I'm picky and indecisive. Mike constantly provided patient, knowledgable service that was helpful not pushy. Making loyal Leons customers out of us!

  If you want to buy a used appliance, sold as a floor only model (still very pricey.. $750.00) go there to get ripped off. This is after the manager and sales person told and promised this item was only on the floor in the show room of the store. The dryer once home, had lint in the clean out and part of the vent from the house still attached to the back of the dryer. Buyer Beware.

  I ordered a desk and bought it upfront. I was told 4-6 weeks until the this leon's location received it. I was fine with that. After 7 weeks I started to call them wondering where it was. Long story short, after 4 calls I went to see a manager and found out the desk was still in Ontario at week 8 and wouldn't get there until week 10 or 11. I ended up cancelling my order not because I didn't want my 1200$ desk. I cancelled it out of principle. I still need a desk but won't go shop there unless they have the item I want in store.

  I was treated like a human until I didn't get approved... he walked by me and blurted it out "you were declined"to me and continued to walk by.
